Mkhuze Bee-Eater (Little Bee-eater)

The Little Bee-Eater is undeniably a rather obvious favourite painting subject of mine. I captured the original reference photo in Mkhuze Game Reserve a couple of years back. My camera had a rather small lens back then, so I remember being delighted that the Bee-eater chose to hunt from a perch that was so close to the car.
